Processes Innovation
Analyzing Processes under the traditional methods will only "update" those procedures and activities within. Analyzing them through the perspective of Innovation of Processes will question the very existence of each activity within the process, being this administrative, manufacturing or a commercial process.
Our methodology to Innovation of Processes is open for groups up to 30 participants, whom would be divided in small groups of 4 or 5 members and they will be lead through the following program :
- Concept and impact of Change in the life of procedures within a process
- Theory of Change speed for processes
- Application of creativity techniques for processes, generating "seeds of change"
- Filtrate "seed of change" for the process analyzed into innovation ideas
- Evaluation procedures for innovation ideas
- Setting Innovation projects out of innovation ideas
Out of each workshop we get 4 to 5 projects per small group, with around 30 innovation ideas.
The innovation of processes methodology is a guaranteed exercise for innovation ( continuous and radical ).
