CEMEX Innovation Recognition Program

 We researched 80 different organizations in 40 industries in order to determine the key factors to design a recognition program on Innovation. 

Out of a total of 30 different factors, the key list went down at 7.   We mapped all 80 organizations within the 7 key factors pattern and discovered:

a) Patterns most common in industries

b) Patterns most common in competitors ( cement industry )

c) Most successful pattern ( due to the relationship of key factors with people participation and approval rate of ideas levels ) 

We created an special model for CEMEX CENTRAL, that was selected as their base for the innovation recognition program.
